LEASING
DETAILS
A minimum of one lesson per week is required for all leases. It is not included in the lease fee unless otherwise noted.
You can choose to have your lesson on a lease ride day or on a separate day.
In partial and half leases, the horse may still be used in lessons and shared with other riders at home and at shows. In a full lease, the horse will not be used in lessons at home or at shows, or shared with other riders.
Partial Lease
A partial lease provides you with two riding days per week.
$300 per month
Tack & Supplies
Conquest Farms provides all necessary tack including saddle pads, half pads, saddles, bridles, bits, and boots necessary for the horse. You are welcome to use your own saddle as long as it fits the horse properly and is approved by us.
Half Lease
A half lease provides you with half of the available riding time, up to four days per week.
$500 per month
Availability & Scheduling
Exact availability depends on the horse you would like to lease. All of our lease horses have generous weekday morning availability, with very limited afternoon. For specifics and scheduling, please contact Courtney via text or email.
Full Lease
A full-private use lease provides you with full access to the horse and allows you to make your own schedule. You would not need to adhere to a strict riding schedule. Includes one lesson per week.
$1,000 per month + board & farrier.
Specifics
We require a signed contract for all leases.
We require 30 days notice to terminate a lease.
There is no jumping permitted outside of lessons without permission.
